The N1 Single-Cell Dispenser is an accessory to the WOLF^® G2 Cell Sorter

The system uses aerosol-free, sterile, and disposable microfluidic cartridges. It allows for bulk cell selection and sorting directly into 96-well or 384-well plates. The N1 Single-Cell Dispenser seamlessly integrates into the intuitive software, enabling easy selection of single cells from a dropdown menu, plate mapping, and sorting initiation. The WOLF G2 and N1 dispenser collaborate to efficiently sort and plate cells in a compact and cost-effective setup. Post-sorting, cell data are indexed well-by-well for accurate cell confirmation.

This setup supports bulk sorting for collecting entire populations or individual cell sorting into standard 96- or 384-well plates using the N1 Single-Cell Dispenser module. It’s ideal for cloning sorted cells or conducting plate-based assays. The gentle sorting mechanism enhances cell viability and outgrowth while minimizing cell stress, thereby avoiding potential gene expression or karyotype changes associated with traditional sorters.

The new CA-310 is a convertible Karl Fischer moisture meter that can easily switched from coulometric to volumetric measurement or vice versa just by changing the titration cells. Titration cells can be connected up to 4 channels for simultaneous measurements.

The CA-31 is equipped with a 5.7-inch color LCD touch panel which enables the user to operate practically manual-free, and all necessary information visible in one view.

Users can choose between a conventional 2-solution setup with fritted cathode solution cell, or a single solution configuration with fritless cathode. Optional reagent dispensing system can be utilized with the fritless cathode solution cell and automate the replacement of reagent.

Numerous vaporizers from the Mitsubishi product line-up can be connected to the CA-31 to accommodate difficult to dissolve samples such as powders, pellets, pastes, lubricants, etc. By connecting Mitsubishi’s model VG-200 to CA-31, liquefied gas samples can also be measured easily.

PC software TV-31 will enable users to collect measurement results from CA-31 and prepare reports with titration charts, parameters, calculation formula, etc. in Microsoft Word® or Excel® format. A USB keyboard can be connected to the CA-31 for easier input of sample names. The instrument can be purchased together with Mitsubishi’s Aquamicron® series of Karl Fischer reagents ranging from conventional 2-solution type, single solution type for fritless cell, and special formulas for oils and ketones. The CA-200 Karl-Fisher-Titrator provides a flexible and highly accurate solution for moisture measurement in compliance with international standards. Its modular design with two separate channels supports simultaneous coulometric and volumetric Karl Fischer titration as well as many other volumetric titration applications. A variety of vaporizers allow indirect measurement of solid, liquid, oil and gaseous samples. Full automation is available for both liquid and solid samples, LPGs can be measured with multiple replicates.

KF-200 Volumetric Moisture Meter – Karl Fischer Moisture Meter

For over 25 years Cosa-Mitsubishi has been considered the gold standard in Coulometric Karl Fisher Titration. Now the KF-200 continues the legacy for Volumetric Karl Fischer, providing the user the ultimate in simplicity, ease of use and flexibility for both Karl Fischer and Potentiometric Titration. The airtight, two piece titration cell provides near zero background levels of moisture. The incorporation of the optional Model KFESD Solvent Dispensing and Evacuation Unit enables hands free draining and refilling of the titration cell. In addition, the KF-200 can simultaneously measure Karl Fischer moisture in two cells when configured with the dual channel option and two separate titration cells. The titration cells can be volumetric, coulometric or a combination of both depending on ones application needs. Samples which directly interfere with Karl Fischer are easily analyzed when combined with one of our specialty water vaporizers. General potentiometric titrations are also possible when the GT-Option is used as a primary or secondary channel. Bromine Number and Bromine Index can also be measured with the KF-200.
