CDR FOODLAB® – Kombucha Analyzer – CDR KombuchaLab
Make the best decisions for your kombucha.
You will be able to monitor your kombucha production process at every stage. Discover how simple, fast and effective it is to analyse your products in total autonomy.
CDR KombuchaLab: Simple and reliable analyses
CDR KombuchaLab is an easy-to-use analysis system that allows you to optimise your kombucha production process by obtaining results in real time.
Independent analyses, without external laboratories
With CDR KombuchaLab you can quickly carry out chemical analyses for quality control. You can quickly make the best decisions during the fermentation process and avoid dangerous organoleptic deviations. You will be autonomous in quality control throughout the process. Thanks to its simplicity and speed of use, the analysis system is easy to use even for personnel with no experience in laboratory techniques.
Chemical analyses of kombucha in a simple and reliable way
The sample is used in the unaltered state or, in the case of excessive turbidity, after centrifugation; the reagents are pre-filled into vials and ready to use, and results are obtained within minutes by a photometric reading. The high power and sensitivity of the reading cell allows alcohol content analysis to be carried out with excellent accuracy even for very low alcohol contents.
Key Features
- Reliable: The instrument ensures results in accordance with reference methods. The use of LED reading cells guarantees high sensitivity, a wide measuring range and excellent repeatability of the results
- Simple: The analytical methods are simpler than traditional ones. The system can be used not only in the laboratory, but also on the production line in real time, by non-expert operators. In addition, the instrument has a Help function for step-by-step user guide.
- Fast: The methods developed in CDR laboratories speed up the analysis procedures: sample preparation is absent or very simple and analyses are carried out in just a few steps. It is possible to analyse several samples simultaneously or manage the determination of several analytical parameters at the same time of the same sample.
