Available in a variety of optimized formulations designed to support specific PCR applications and starting materials.

Quantabio PCR reagents are formulated with ultrapure AccuStart DNA polymerase, which contains a stringent antibody hotstart to ensure specific and efficient primer extension only after activation at 94°C. Our enzymes are rigorously purified to remove host E. coli genomic DNA and are ideally suited for applied testing applications such as bacterial pathogen detection where residual host DNA in typical recombinant enzyme preparations can limit assay sensitivity and obscure detection of low copy targets.

Non-specific extension of primers at low temperature is a common cause of PCR artifacts and poor assay specificity and sensitivity.

AccuStart II PCR ToughMix is a 2X concentrated ready-to-use reaction cocktail for PCR amplification of DNA templates that overcomes many known inhibitors of PCR often present in crude samples extracted from environmental specimens, plant tissues, or animal tissues. The only user supplied components are DNA template and molecular grade water.

The repliQa HiFi ToughMix is a 2x, ready-to-use master mix with enhanced fidelity and rapid PCR results. It includes a genetically modified DNA polymerase and hot start antibodies, offering 90x higher fidelity than Taq. The fast extension times, ranging from 1-10 kb/sec, enable quick results, and its compatibility with various inhibitors makes it ideal for PCR, cloning, amplicon sequencing, and mutagenesis.

The AccuStart Long Range SuperMix is a 4x ready-to-use solution for high-fidelity, long-range DNA amplification. It utilizes two hot-start DNA polymerases, one with strong proofreading activity, and an optimized buffer for precise and efficient amplification of targets up to 24kb. sparQ HiFi PCR Master Mix is a high-fidelity, high-efficiency PCR mix designed for NGS library amplification prior to sequencing. It includes a primer mix for Illumina® sequencing adapters (P5 and P7 sequences). The hot-start, proofreading DNA polymerase enhances library amplification efficiency, reduces artifacts, and leads to higher yields and uniform coverage. This kit works with low DNA input (250 pg) and minimizes bias when amplifying AT- and GC-rich regions.
