The ebro® food oil monitoring set comes with a handy sensing device with which you can determine the quality of various oil types. The measurement is performed directly in hot oil – e.g in the deep fat fryer. This helps in determining the oil temperature in ̊C and the oil quality in percent TPC (Total Polar Compounds). The PC value is a measure for thermaloxidative utilization factor of a frying oil.

Portability and rapidity are the two most important features of the infrared thermometer TFI 260 by ebro^®. In less than one second, the device measures the surface temperature of objects or goods – for example food – within a measuring range of -60 °C to +550 °C. ELTRA‘s CHS-580A is the ideal elemental analyzer for simultaneous determination of carbon, hydrogen and sulfur in organic samples. It features a resistance furnace with vertical ceramic tube and uses ceramic crucibles as sample carriers.

An automatic sample loader allows for analysis of large numbers of samples without operator intervention. The sample loader is available in two versions to accommodate 36 or 130 crucibles. For reliable analysis of acidified samples (TOC analysis), both versions are available in an acid-resistance configuration.

The temperature can be set in steps of 1 °C to a maximum of 1,550 °C. Thanks to sample weights of up to 500 mg and more even inhomogeneous materials can be reliably analyzed.
