A quicker, simpler path to better data

With the HT2000’s laminar washing technology, cells are deposited onto a 96-well laminar wash plate, where a gentle flow of buffer washes away unwanted debris, such as unbound antibody or dye. Unlike with centrifugation, very little stress is placed upon the cells, ensuring the integrity of cell surface markers. The thoroughness of the laminar washing process produces cleaner, better segregated data than centrifugation-based wash methods and the gentleness of the technique enables high cell retention and viability.

The Cytek Aurora leverages full spectrum technology to provide unprecedented flexibility to scientists, enabling the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system for each application. The Aurora system delivers high-resolution data at the single-cell level to resolve the most challenging cell populations, such as cells with high autofluorescence or low levels of expression of key biomarkers, regardless of assay complexity.

Bench top models with -55 ºC to -110 ºC condenser temperatures and 4, 9 or 15 liter capacities and 2 floor standing models with 80 liter condensers at -55 ºC or -95 ºC. They are offered as Basic, Pro, Touch or Superior Touch versions with full microprocessor programming for time, temperature and pressure with optional pressure regulation or documentation or control by computer.
